Annual
Hockey Game
On 01-23-05, the FDNY lost 3 members in the line of duty at 2
separate boxes in the Bronx and Brooklyn. On 11-29-04, the
FDNY lost FF and SGT Christian Engeldrum to hostile enemy
action while serving in Iraq. Rest in Peace, Brothers.

Aug. 20, 2004
Commissioner Scopetta issued a Department Order banning
the wearing of green berets during the NYC St. Patrick's Day
Parade. Our house, being in the 14th Batt. (Green Beret
Batt.) followed that order and watched from 82nd St. and 5th
Ave. along with the rest of the 14th Batt. Click Here
The invites have been sent. Please remit whether or not you will attend
and please, if you are going to attend, include a check for $40.00 made
out to ENGINE 71. Please make EVERY effort to attend this year so that
the photo history of this great house can continue. FIre stories allowed.
