We extend our deepest sympathy to the Officers and
Members of the Philadelphia F.D. on the loss of
Captain John Taylor and Firefighter Rey Rubio, both of
Engine 28, B Platoon. Brothers John and Rey
sustained fatal injuries while operating on Box 1249,
Belgrade and Venago Streets operating at a basement
fire in the Port Richmond section. May they rest in
